Nurse uniforms like this are a thing of the past. There was once a time when this costume was the required attire. A proper nurse would never wear pants or heaven forbid, scrubs; those were just for doctors! The Vintage Nurse Women's Costume features a white nurse's uniform with a one piece dress that buttoned down the front and flares slightly from the waist. The vintage nurses hat is also included. Don't forget to accessorize your costume with basic white shoes and white panty hose. Fun accessories may included a clip board, play thermometer and a stethoscope.

Quick delivery. Arrived with stain and policy requires that you re-order. I needed the item right away and didn't have time. Defective merchandise should be replaced as soon as possible. The dress was cute, but it was too short and I am only 5'4". The mid-section has velcro to hold it together and so that kept opening while the rest of the dress fit fine.

My boyfriend and I decided to dress up as the sailor and nurse kissing in Times Square on VJ Day in 1945. I had no idea where to find a vintage nurse costume, but this one was PERFECT! It was well priced as well.
