All orders should be placed using the online checkout on our website. If you need to place an order by phone there will be an additional $3.00 handling charge added to your order.
Orders received before 3:00pm EST are shipped the same day. We ship out Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
We provide real-time order tracking online via our website. Allyou need is your order # and your billing zip code and you cansee the status of your order in our order processing system.And if the order has already been delivered to one of ourshipping carriers for delivery, you'll be able to check thedelivery status online as well.
Wholesale Costume Club Has A No Hassle Return Policy If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Wholesale Costume Club, you may return your item(s) within 10 days from the date that your item was delivered to you without a re-stocking fee.
